Plus, incredible back up, from Kieron, a top organiser in the Your Repair office, who telephoned me, immediately, after I had cancelled the job and was on the bus, thinking I could do the job myself. He offered to keep the job open, in case I couldn’t fit the part myself, or offer a refund of the excess fee, straightaway. Just the ticket for everybody!”
