“Very confusing and mis-leading!
Signed up for top plan £17.22 a month, discounted at 18% (therefore original 'plan' is £21 a month. Then took out the Fxd 3 year plan for £5 a month extra for the first year.
Maths = For me that means I pay £22.22 (£17.22 plus £5) a month for the first year, then for years 2 and 3 the £5 no longer applies, and neither does the discount. So I should be paying around £21 a month for years 2 and 3.
First email - Plan starts and I am paying £26 a month!!! Logged onto account, also stated I will be paying £26 a month. No mention of Discount, or £5 a month extra etc.
Phoned up to get it sorted. A nice lady explained it to me and has promised to send me a letter to confirm what she said. It again, is NOT what is on the website, or my account. I will await the letter before making any further judgements, but as far as I am coincerned, the website is very mis-leading.”
“I joined your repair and expected that my annual boiler service would be carried out but I have to wait for nearly 4 months for it to be done. I have requested an earlier date but I was told it could not be done until end March. I think the service is very poor.”

“I sent an email asking why tha amount went from £16 to £23 , possibly the call out , I don’t know. Also i said that the address needed altering., but had no reply to sort these issues out.

“Just took out a policy. On your website, which is what attracted me to your company, is the statement:
No more price hikes: Only YourRepair fix your monthly price for up to 3 years, no matter how many home repairs we carry out.
I notice my agreement is only for 12 months and the price is fixed. I appreciate your wording only states “for up to 3 years” but this is misleading if you only intend to offer a fixed price for 12 months as most companies would do that anyway.
Plus I notice you don’t do an annual service until September 2023, nearly 12 months after taking out a policy. But I guess I am covered if there are any breakdowns during the intervening period, still this is a long way off as the boiler is due a service sooner.
Let’s hope you are there for us if and when we may need to call upon you for anything.”

I was looking for British Gas cover online unfortunately I saw your website try to fill the form nothing show at the beginning that they have excess for every claim so after select the direct debit the end of the form showing excess of £95 every claim I prefer to cancel this cover and pls cancel everything”
“I am asking for annual boiler service for my Worcester Bosch boiler and not asking for repairs, I have signed up for boiler service plus maintenance of electrics etc. with British Gas I have not asked for a repair at this time.”
