“Yesterday, I became a member of the site with enthusiasm to buy my favorite product and applied for an order with a master card, but today they blocked me and sent me an e-mail saying that because it is my first purchase, I have to pay through Western Union and then I Block me to request a refund :) Today, instead of enjoying shopping, they just created worry and stress for me. And I do not understand Western Union at all, and it is not like credit card and PayPal, which will be supported by the customer in case of any problem. I paid with the method and method of purchase on the site, which also had a master card option. I still do not know what will happen to me with this company. I see on the internet both good reviews that are promising if they are real and bad reviews that are worrying about this site.I will left comment and feedback again on what will happen after the end of the Experiences of buying experience from this company.”

“Am in kenya. I wanted to test the efficiency and trustworthiness of yoybuy. I made several purchases and I got all the items in great condition and packaging delivered to an agent (nurex cargo) in Guangzhou who shipped the package via air to kenya for me. I highly recommend yoybuy to anyone seeking to purchase goods from china especially goods sold at taobao.com”

“From my very first experience this is so-called big company turns out to be a single person fraud business. Let me demonstrate it step by step. I have made two orders under my YUYBUY account and paid for them via Paypal. In the same evening I got an email from YUYBUY that my account is locked and if I want to proceed my order further I have to pay 50% more via Western union, Web money ,QIWI or TT (bank transfer), alipay or wechat. During the process of clarifying the issue with the agent via chat I realized that this so-called company does not have live money to redeem the items ordered by customer. In my case the budget of two orders was less than 600 USD ))). I did not agree to pay any extras in order "to establish a trustworthy relationship with YOYBUY" and as alternate option the agent offered a refund procedure where a buyer losses money on exchange rates. Eventually I have opened a dispute at Paypal and guess what?! Right, the agent does not respond on it despite the fact that he/she has viewed the dispute. Choose your business partners wisely and pass by those like YUYBUY.”

“I had a great experience with YOYBUY. Their customer service and shipping speed are without a doubt the fastest during this pandemic. They took pictures and repackaged my items within 48 hours and shipped very quickly. I didn't have to wait long to receive tracking numbers and when I had questions their customer service speed was quick too! Definitely would return!”
