“I bought 3 different types of gloves for industrial and construction use. I have to say they are the best gloves I have ever owned. They are extremely well crafted and durable as advertised. “It is difficult to find good quality work gloves to fit small hands. Youngstown Gloves delivers! These gloves fit well, give the flexibility needed to use tools, and are warm in cold weather. Shipping was very fast and packaged well. Will definitely buy from this company again.”

“Very high quality, fast shipping. Highly recommend. I was looking for waterproof gloves to replace the ones issued by my wife's employer. I just wished there was more reflective material on the palm for better visibility when directing traffic.”

“I could not use the gloves, and there was nowhere in the packaging or order email to say how to obtain an exchange or refund. This is very unusual and bad customer service. It feels like company deliberately made it difficult to find info to get an exchange or refund. It has been very frustrating to track down this information, and no customer should have to. A disappointing experience. Not a good business practice.”
