“Just bought my third pair of Youngstown gloves. Have been a patron for over a dozen years. The gloves are long lasting and tough. I like them so much that I've purchased some for my brother and father also. My one reservation is that they no longer produce gloves with the asphalt grip. Otherwise these are a high quality product that I wholeheartedly endorse.”

“Premium glove for sure. Few things that I would of ignored if the price wasnt so steep. 1. Hands start to sweat and then get really cold because the glove doesnt breathe. 2. The stiching on the finger tips is already failing after 1 week of moderate use. I'm currently rigging bridges to prepare them for sandblasting in the spring season so gloves are not being put under extreme stress. I'm handling safepans, bolts, deck clips and steel cables.”

“I got these for my husband, a preservation carpenter who works at a house museum where the shop space is all outdoors. Over the years, he’s modified multiple pairs of gloves to fit his needs but they’ve never been the right combination of warm & functional. After searching online carpenter’s forums for recommendations, I found Youngstown & got him the carpenter gloves. He loves them! His only complaint is that he wishes the “fingerless” part of the glove exposed more of the finger but he realizes this is a personal preference. He gives them 5 stars & recommends them to any carpenter looking for a high-quality pair of gloves.”

“Gloves ripped on the second day of use. Pretty bummed as I purchased the waterproof utility glove for winter work. I called customer service and left a voicemail, no one called back. For an 80$ glove I’m extremely disappointed in the durability. Was hoping to get a couple months out of them.”
