“I still own a pair of properly sized Youngstown gloves purchased many years ago. They fit my hands, which are wide with relatively short fingers, perfectly. Unfortunately, Youngstown no longer makes such gloves. Of the three pairs I bought, using their instructions for sizing, all were too narrow—I could barely get them on—with fingers an inch to one and one half inches too long. Apparently, we are all supposed to have narrow hands and very long fingers. Sorry, but humans are not one size fits all, or even many. That they once made and sold properly fitting gloves is shown by my one, remaining, ancient pair. They don't even try to make gloves that fit, any more. If they spent more time producing gloves that fit all types of hands (as they once did) and less on making them look good, I'd still be a dedicated customer. I won't be back.”

“I could not use the gloves, and there was nowhere in the packaging or order email to say how to obtain an exchange or refund. This is very unusual and bad customer service. It feels like company deliberately made it difficult to find info to get an exchange or refund. It has been very frustrating to track down this information, and no customer should have to. A disappointing experience. Not a good business practice.”

“Hello Very dissatisfied with gloves! The fingers in the gloves are so large that you can put two fingers inside of one finger, and with the rubber on the inside you can’t even grab anything they were so large I would not recommend this product if you have normal size hands These gloves are made for a giant”

“I purchased a pair for a friend, I figured that for the price I paid they would have lasted. However, they only lasted for about three hours before tearing. What a wast of money. very dissapointed!”

“I have ordered several pairs of 3XL gloves in my 70 years. These gloves are NOT 3XL!, I did not receive a return option with this order so I'm stuck with gloves that are too small . These are a ripoff”

“The durability of these gloves is abysmal. After just a few hours the threads are coming out. In less than twenty hours of use I have holes in several of the fingers. These are not worth the premium price.”

“Had a pair of them stitching was coming out and got hole sales rep replaced the next pair got holes and after that he said he wasn’t going to replace again. I won’t buy anymore for that money”

“Youngstown do not honor their warranty. These gloves do not last long, so the price of these gloves are not worth it. There are cheaper glove’s options that will last just as long. Would not buy”
