“Excellent service, although 2 of my order was out of stock, I received an email advising me of alternatives and also received a free gift for the inconvenience. I didn't get one of my order but got instant reply and received the next day... so top marks for customer services.”

“I dont always write a review but this time. Bag arrived very promtly (2 working days), it's very roomy with plenty of compartments to keep your items well organised. Light in weight which I find great, with both a zip and the large button fastening at the front also very secure. Handle comfortable and a good length. overall , good. I will come back again.”

“Ordered a bag in burgundy colour but was later notified that it was not available. Later chose an alternate colour and was given a complimentary scarf. Delivery was also fast.”

“I really liked the designs of the Kukubird purses tho I did find them a little bulky. I tend to carry a lot of cards and the purse didn't really close that easily and was pretty wide with the zip stretching horizontally. It's been a while since I bought one and no longer have the purse of I would send a pic to give a better idea of what I'm trying to describe. I *do like* the purse but not imo suitable for people who carry a lot of cards / cash in their purse.”

“Typically the various bags are very delicate and can easily ruin. This bag is very well done. It finished good and excellent durable and rugged fabric. It is not very big so you do not have difficulties to carry it on their shoulders. The straps can be reglora according to your needs. The fantasy that I chose I really like, the shop there are several, surely I will take different other. The counsel for the sport, or even for the school trip where they need to carry two small things. Practical and light.”

“I ordered a handbag for my friend's present. I know about this website through one of my cousin's recommendation. They offered 20% for first time buyers which makes the price to be so competitive.
