“Firstly had delivery problems with PO box address and the customer service was excellent and professional to advice the reason and update us very quickly. Especially as this was a Christmas present. the recipient was very happy and subsequently so was I and relieved that it got sorted before Christmas. highly recommend this company for customer service, quality and value.”

“I ordered a handbag on November 21st. It's now December 28th and still no handbag. I reached out to customer service. All they could say was the package probably got lost. Gave me a refund. But, what the heck happened to the handbag? It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointed!! :(”
