“I was contacted by email a few days after ordering to tell me the colour my girlfriend selected was defective. I selected a different colour and they accomodated immediately. They also sent a matching scarf to apologize for the delay. Overall quite pleased with the service.”

“Very attractive sometimes things look better on line but this didn't disappoint. Wanted smaller light coloured purse for upcoming holiday may just switch to this one for at home too.”

“5 stars despite having to change the colour of my order. They had my chosen colour but it was damaged so rather than sending me damaged goods they alerted me and offered me an alternative and a free scarf which is lovely. A+++ for customer service. Lovely colours, good quality - thank you 😊”
