“Shipping was super fast as usual I got my box within a week! One thing I wish Yume would do is ask maybe colour preferences if possible. I love this box but I’m not a huge of fan of pink and was hoping I’d get the Rilakumma pouch or the Sumikko Gurashi one. But other than that I love the rest of the items!”

“Each package contains high-quality items and the themes are fun and original. I'm never dissatisfied with what I receive. The plushies are amazing and so are the other items especially the stationery :). I pay for priority shipping and it's so fast! The packages are sent early and they arrive in a week, which is a record time, since I live in Poland and normally I have to wait weeks or months for international packages.”

“I ordered a box for the first time ever and.. I'm in love with all the kawaii stuff! More will come for sure 😁 The shipping was fast too! + Another great thing is that I had to contact support because I forgot to add the code for an extra item and they were really friendly and helpful! 😊”

“Customer service is okay. I was disappointed by the impact of the pandemic and YumeTwins response to delays and shipping. I was forced to pay an extra $10-$11 per month if I wanted to receive my box without waiting for months for it to arrive overseas. Some boxes really get it right, others disappointing and boring. November 2020 was not great in my opinion and one of my items came defective with the zipper sewn into the bag.”

“This is my second box and all I can say is WOW! I LOVE IT! The curation is excellent and definitely worth the money as these items are not available where I live. They have different subscription options, which is also great for the consumer. Thank you so much for my super awesome kawaii treats - I cannot wait for my next box!”

“All the items in the YumeTwins Box are so Kawaii (Cute) & Special!! The booklet look very nice & cute too!! The booklet describes the things u get, which i find it special & cute too. The bath bomb is Kawaii (cute) & fun when u put into the water, but the bath bomb toy is too small, hope that the bath bomb toy can be bigger if there are any future bath bomb toys. The Cinnamoroll Devil Pouch Plushie is very cute, soft & special. The moving Ears/wings hats are very fun & cute too!! I think dolls are very cute. Hope that YumeTwins Box can include some Dolls in the box. Arigato/Thank U. Love (💛) YumeTwins Kawaii Box 💛💛”
