“I ordered DOTA2 MMR Boost party queue. After almost 3 days my booster only managed to increase 100 MMR. After that he randomly cancelled my order midway and left. I tried contacting support multiple times through their website and discord and at both times no one bothered to reply. No refund was given after multiple requests or new booster given.”

Dear customer, I have checked your order and I can see that your have ordered DUO MMR Boosting service. We don't guarantee any winrate for DUO as it also depends on your skill in the game. I can see that our booster has completed 100+ MMR in DUO with your and canceled the order to let another booster finish it. It is totally normal as boosters are also humans and sometimes they simply can't play every day. New booster will continue working on your order. P.S. We have replied to all your requests in every messenger. It is not like you get your reply instant at 2 AM, please be little more patient. Thank you
