Dear customer, I am very sorry that your accounts were banned by valve. My team always tries to avoid ban with all legal ways - VPN, HWID and MAC change. However, valve is still able to detect boosted accounts especially on low MMR simply by KDA, GPM and it may be hard for high MMR players to keep those numbers low in most of the matches. I am very sorry that account is banned, however we do refund every ban so your money is never lost. You can try to use DUO MMR Boosting method which is 100% safe and highly recommended to all customers. Thank you Z3d

“Terrible! Just terrible! I ordered Duo MMR and it took 2 days before I was able to play with my booster. And my booster kept making excuses to not play..... I am disappointed! I even told him to just end my order (100MMr left) because I just want to play by myself, so tired of waiting for him just To play.”
