“My Chinese visa was rejected and I have visited twice to Zabeel Star to get my refund amount but i was not given the amount and made some excuse that our accountant is not availabe and finally i got the refund after 3 weeeks of rejection. Please make sure u come up with better Refund Policy. Regards,”
