“I’ve order twice from here the first time no problems but now Ive been waiting awhile for my package and now that it’s been shipped it’s telling me I need to pay tax/fee’s I will take fault as I didn’t do much research and after reading many reviews of this I don’t want the hassle of trying to return as it seems you don’t get anywhere. I don’t have an extra £60 lying around as I’m just out of college and trying to find a job so idk what to do. They should make it clear as I had to look for ages to find anything about import tax. I’m quite upset as I wanted to treat myself but didn’t want to spend too much”

“I made an order from Zaful today and tried to cancel right after because I realized I wanted to add/take out/ modify my order and they wont refund the order for me. This cheap bathing suit company makes so much money from buyers I don't understand why the customer service is still so bad”

“I bought several bikinis from here and it's a mixed bag, the first two were a little small and not the best quality. I ordered ZAFUL Textured Underwire Bikini in black and a Ribbed High Cut Ruched Tie Bikini in blue, I genuinely loved the blue bikini, it was a little more dark teal than expected but in a good way. Perfect size and fit. The black bikini was super cute too but fit a little less snug, but it's a difficult design to prevent that so it's okay. I still love it. They definitely improved”

“**SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL** **TAKE NOTE** ZAFUL ARE BASED IN HONG KONG ON LARGE ORDERS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HIDDEN IMPORT DUTY FOR DELIVERY ZAFUL WILL NOT REFUND ANY SALES ITEMS. AS MOST OF THEIR ITEMS ARE ON SALE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK ITEMS ARE POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXCITANT. POST EVERY BAD STORY YOU HAVE AND LETS GET SOME MEDIA ATTENTION UPDATE Zaful sent me the wrong size items, I opened a ticket and had a reply within 20 minutes. I ask for a refund and have heard nothing back! “I ordered a month before my vacation without reading reviews and was panicking after reading them. My package arrived within 3 weeks though, everything was there, and the quality was decent considering all of the suits were under insanely cheap. Would 100% recommend based off my experience alone. Only thing I noticed was that the sizing was very inconsistent. A medium in one suit would be very tight and a medium in another would be kind of loose.”

“I ordered a few items from zaful and found that the sizing was strange, I was a small in one top and a L in another, So I had to process a refund. This takes weeks and weeks! They promise to give you a refund and pay your shipping costs (you have to send to Spain) and they say they will pay it back if it is up to 30% of the price of the returned item. After 3.5 weeks I still have not received the full refund! Still waiting...”

“I bought 2 bathing suits on April 23rd. It’s been almost two months and it said it shipped on April 27th. I tried tracking my package several times and it said it arrived on a boat on May 1st and that’s the only update I have gotten. It’s June 14th. It doesn’t take over a month to go one state over, Amazon does cross country and gets it over in three days. Zaful figure your stuff out because you scammed MULTIPLE customers and didn’t even offer a refund.”

“The worst shopping experience and customer service i ever had !! today is 13 of june and im still waiting for my order from 1st of april!!! when i contact them they reply with an automatic message, no one is helping nor telling me where my package is and the tracking page doesnt work!! that is my last time ordering from them !!”
