“**SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL** **TAKE NOTE** ZAFUL ARE BASED IN HONG KONG ON LARGE ORDERS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HIDDEN IMPORT DUTY FOR DELIVERY ZAFUL WILL NOT REFUND ANY SALES ITEMS. AS MOST OF THEIR ITEMS ARE ON SALE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK ITEMS ARE POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXCITANT. POST EVERY BAD STORY YOU HAVE AND LETS GET SOME MEDIA ATTENTION UPDATE Zaful sent me the wrong size items, I opened a ticket and had a reply within 20 minutes. I ask for a refund and have heard nothing back! “Never order from here, took 2 months to come and the sizes aren’t true to size. I’m in the process of returning items and now they aren’t answering me and ignoring all my messages, this site is a scam”

“I ordered a few items from zaful and found that the sizing was strange, I was a small in one top and a L in another, So I had to process a refund. This takes weeks and weeks! They promise to give you a refund and pay your shipping costs (you have to send to Spain) and they say they will pay it back if it is up to 30% of the price of the returned item. After 3.5 weeks I still have not received the full refund! Still waiting...”

“I bought 2 bathing suits on April 23rd. It’s been almost two months and it said it shipped on April 27th. I tried tracking my package several times and it said it arrived on a boat on May 1st and that’s the only update I have gotten. It’s June 14th. It doesn’t take over a month to go one state over, Amazon does cross country and gets it over in three days. Zaful figure your stuff out because you scammed MULTIPLE customers and didn’t even offer a refund.”

“The worst shopping experience and customer service i ever had !! today is 13 of june and im still waiting for my order from 1st of april!!! when i contact them they reply with an automatic message, no one is helping nor telling me where my package is and the tracking page doesnt work!! that is my last time ordering from them !!”

“I got finessed y’all. This website bogus as hell. I don’t even know how this is legal. Lil cheap ass homemade jeans. I took a petty ass loss but I ain’t trippin. I’m just mad because I could of took that lil money and went to Taco Bell and turned up.”

“My shipment went to the wrong post office. Then it was returned to zaful but I was never reembursed. They were not friendly or helpful at all and I am out 55.00 dollars and my daughter never got her birthday present. I won't shop there again.”

“I have been emailing since Christmas and have heard nothing. I ordered mens large & received boys large. Several items. All for my son for Christmas. Still no reply. Terrible customer service. Now he is wanting summer clothes, but I am skeptical to purchase anything else”

“Worst company ever. I ordered a decent size order of swim suits and summer clothing back in April. It is now June and nothing. I have sent them many emails, Facebook messages and other things and all the “replys” have been automated responses that are absolutely no help. This is a terrible company. Never order from them. I wish I could give them zero stars.”

“Never ordering off here again. I cancelled my order within an hour after placing it and not only did they take about 3 days of finally refunding me, after constantly emailing back and forth in regards to why I was cancelling. Once I got refunded they didn’t even give me all my money back. They also decided to keep an amount for god knows what. VERY disappointed as I would have ordered again in the future. Poor customer service, horrible company.”

“i highly disappointed in zaful. i ordered multiple bathing suits from zaful four months ago. they emailed me and said that it will be here in the next couple of days. two weeks went by. i finally received my package yesterday and it was NOT what i expected. I ordered like tie-dye, marble, and many others cute designs and that is definitely not what i received. i ordered boring and very ugly bathing suits from here i highly don’t recommend it.”
