Is it possible to give this a 0 rating?? I’ve have nothing but a bad experience; I’ve always been indecisive with ordering off “these kind of websites”, if you get what I mean, on April 10th 2020 my friend and I said we’d buy some bikinis , everything was grand and it was despatched a day later, but it’s now May 25th 2020, and my tracking isn’t working, I ask for help and it’s a stupid Chatbot that says the same thing every time I asked for help, she’s on repeat. To top it all off my best friend got her package on Wednesday 14th May and I’m still here waiting. I’m so annoyed that I’m going to have to cancel my order, and from reading other reviews it’s going to be a pain to get back my 100€+ order. My advise would be to STAY WELL CLEAR off ordering off this website, I’ve had nothing but bad problems.

There was and still is no reference on the website that we import goods from China when we make an order. We had to pay to Worldpay (UK) Li LONDON in Europe, but now we have to pay high import taxes from China???!!! First part of an order arrived at our local post office in Belgium for a value of €38,03 but we have to pay extra €35,13 for import taxes???!!! This is very misleading and has never been mentioned on the website. We have made several orders via other Chinese sites, but never had to pay such high import taxes!!! This is cheating the customers We can not agree with this kind of selling methods. Your quote: "To become the leading online fast fashion brand and empower everyone's dream" will never happen when you rip off the customers the double of the purchase price. We want to be repayed for the high import taxes.

I live in Canada. The website charges you in US dollars. Second, you need to order a size up because they are all smaller. Third, I placed an order in April and it's still not here. When contacting customer service they were useless and rude. Would definitely not order from here again and I find it quite sketchy. I'd rather pay more money to support local Canadian businesses than less money ordering from China

Just like all the other reviews I’ve read .. I ordered three bathing suits & it’s been over a month & I can’t even track my package. I can’t get ahold of any support so pretty much I’m out that money & no bathing suits. Zaful is a waste of money & a horrible app to shop. Deleting ASAP & will never ever order from here again. My first & only time.

They basically lost my order and then changed my zip code and tried to make it look like I put in the wrong zip code. And then said they can’t refund my money because I gave them the wrong zip code... Will NEVER order from them again!

I ordered two bikinis from Zaful and I received one after more than a month. The top had no support and I will not feel comfortable wearing it. It has been 2 months now and the second bikini still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours but it was not very helpful.

DO HOT BUY FROM ZAFUL! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! They refused to cancel my order even though it was never shipped. Customer service is a joke and won’t respond when I complained about my order. I had to call my bank to reverse the charges. I’d advise everyone to call your bank if they scammed you. If enough people report this site we can take them down!!!!!!

I had the same issues with zaful as others. Orders were never shipped and still sitting in Dubai. Customer service was not helpful. I called my bank and explained to them and they refunded me. If zaful is not being helpful call your bank and tell them you got scammed. If enough people report Zaful they will be taken down. This company is absolutely awful. I am relieved my bank was so helpful.

FRAUD!!! Can I give it 0 stars? It has been 4 months and I still haven't received my package. They couldn't "find my address." I spent $130 on clothes and their support can only offer me a $20 worth of points to use to other products on their website. They stole my money and didn't delivery.

I ordered my products on April 22nd, got an email the next day saying it's been shipped, I thought "Great!" But it is now a month later, nothing has been updated for my shipping and I keep getting the same stupid responses in email, so full of BS. No matter how cute the products are/will be, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. So unnerving and I feel scammed.

Do not order from here. Saw the ad online and decided to order up to $100 worth of items. Three weeks later and 3 emails coming through saying my order has been shipped, nothing. Then I get an email from customer service saying that my order was rejected by their shipping company due to the Covid-19 situation and presented me options on next steps. I replied saying let's try their other shipping company as they've suggested instead. Then another email from them a day later saying my order was lost in transit. 2 different correspondences with 2 different information!! I then asked for a refund, and received it a week later but $10 less than what I paid. Where has this gone and why wasn't anything explained to me?? Emails come through in a friendly and professional manner, but what's the use when the actual service provided is as such? I'm going back to Shein for cheap online shopping. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL.

ich habe am 26.3. bestellt, nach einem monat habe ich noch nicht das packet erhalten. auf der seite ist versandzeit nach slowakei bis 25 arbeitstage. nach der reklamation die haben am 7.5. einen anderen packet gesendet, aber mit derselber tracking nummer. und nach abflug von china ist nicht moglich die ware verfolgen. ich verliere langsam hoffnung, dass die ware kommt. ich warne alle. hier einkaufen ist eine loterie.

Honestly, probably the worst company I’ve dealt with. Terrible customer service. Awful tracking system. Packages can take up to two months?! I ordered mine a month and a half ago and was told to be patient- yet no shipping update? Save yourself a lot of headache and just never order anything ever from this company.

I ordered clothes on May 3rd and 4 days later said it was shipping, waited a week and I checked and it said in transit but I could never see the location. Few days later decided to message them and they said products with more items take longer and just now of being May 20th, I asked for a refund two days ago and still no reply then about 3 days ago from then I asked again about the location. This is just a scam don't waste your time and get trapped, glad wasn't my money I wasted.

Return process is TERRIBLE. Why need photos of our items with a ruler in order for them to determine if we are lying about our size? This company sucks. The sizing is not accurate and the clothing material is bad. Not to mention they charge shipping in order to return items.

What a joke. I ordered weeks ago and the package still has not shipped. I spoke with fedex and they told me that a shipping label was created but never shipped. It has been over 3 weeks now and nothing. Who knows if I’ll ever get my package at this point? On website says 4-6 days shipping with expedited shipping. That’s obviously a lie. Clothes look cute but who know if they’ll ever come. Horrible customer service no phone # either
