i ordered my bikini on may 16th and it’s may 30th. they said 6-8 days but now that i’m reading these reviews it’s not going to come for a longer time. i’m annoyed. my bikini was 10 dollars and i payed 35 dollars for shipping. i want my damn money back. this company is a piece of s*#t .

Orders a bikini. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was from China. I then wore it just twice and the stitching started to come apart. I sent them in a photo and they said that the warranty for the product had ran out. Do not buy from zaful!

Orded 1 bathing suit in march, still havent got it. They insist that its almost here. Its been 6 weeks. Ridiculous.

Still haven't received my order from March/April. Very bad customer service and way of operating. Time consuming and stretched out repoonses. Also, was charged for an order that was never shipped. This resulted in fighting for my money back, which after a BBB report and enough persistance on my end, finally got my money back. Also, they had removed my previous review so they are trying to hide the truths out there regarding their sloppy business practices. Still waiting on a response on when I will be refunded for the order I'm still waiting on. I have asked about it at least 3 times....waiting...

DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL! This company is a scam. I ordered three swimsuits from them a month ago. They gave me a fake tracking number with USPS and refuse to refund my money or tell me where my package is. Their customer service keeps telling me they will follow up with the shipping company and never do. I will make sure everyone knows this company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL!!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, but from the looks of these reviews I won't get my order for at least three more weeks, 20$ is too much to spend on a crappy shipment like this one

I have had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I still have not received my full order which I placed on April 14th. It's not the end of May and am still missing over half of my order. I have requested a refund, but the company insists I must wait for the order to arrive, so I still have yet to receive a refund. I will never do business with this company again and I will inform everyone I know who asks how bad of an experience this has been. Not worth it. Shein has the same prices, better delivery time, and better customer service.

It's been two whole months and I still haven't gotten my order. I spent 90$ on clothes and they said that my stuff is just delayed even though I've been waiting this long.

Honestly. I am not desporate for clothes to come to me immediately so it's not a disappointment. They do take long. But buying anything online now will take a long time anyways. Every time I've had an issue I told them, and they helped and gave me more then what I was asking for. All you need in patients but the product is worth the value

My products are decent but shipping takes a month or more, not 5-7 days as stated. Please DO NOT pay for shipping from this company because you will be disappointed. I have contacted customer service about two separate orders and they send an automatic reply that is not helpful. If the processing takes longer it should be included in the shipment time. $20 is too much to pay for shipping to take so long. Very disappointed

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 weeks for my delivery of bikinis and dresses which were all the worst quality I have ever seen. I gave Zaful the opportunity to redeem themselves by waiting over 10 days before leaving this review to see if their customer service could make up for it, evidently it has NOT. I put in my request to return and refund on 18.05, received a message to give them 24-48h to respond. Have not received anything till date. I wrote to them again yesterday (26.05) stating I would be writing a poor review in the next 24h unless I atleast receive an acknowledgment. I have received nothing. All I want to do is return these awful items and advise everyone to never order from such a place. Bikinis were flimsy, the back clip doesn’t even clip into place, and the dresses are so thin you can see through them all. Stitching is awful on all. POOR QUALITY CLOTHES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again!!!!!

You can’t return items. Contacting a customer service department is impossible! You literally can’t contact the company via any means!

my first time ordering from zaful was about 8 months ago and i got my order within 2 weeks, which is pretty fast considering where i live. However, this year as a birthday gift i got to order $200 worth of clothes on March 22 2020. Today is May 27, 2020 and my order has still not arrived. The stress is settling in because my family and I are moving away from our current address in less than a month. I have contacted them multiple times, but it’s always just a bot. I even called and they said that my package was shipped, but i checked and my post office does not have it. Now, every time I call, no one answers no matter how hard I try. I’m not sure if it has to do with the pandemic, or if they’re just using covid-19 as an advantage to get more money, but i’m tired of constantly worrying about my shipment. DO NOT ORDER from Zaful during this time.

Is it possible to give this a 0 rating?? I’ve have nothing but a bad experience; I’ve always been indecisive with ordering off “these kind of websites”, if you get what I mean, on April 10th 2020 my friend and I said we’d buy some bikinis , everything was grand and it was despatched a day later, but it’s now May 25th 2020, and my tracking isn’t working, I ask for help and it’s a stupid Chatbot that says the same thing every time I asked for help, she’s on repeat. To top it all off my best friend got her package on Wednesday 14th May and I’m still here waiting. I’m so annoyed that I’m going to have to cancel my order, and from reading other reviews it’s going to be a pain to get back my 100€+ order. My advise would be to STAY WELL CLEAR off ordering off this website, I’ve had nothing but bad problems.

There was and still is no reference on the website that we import goods from China when we make an order. We had to pay to Worldpay (UK) Li LONDON in Europe, but now we have to pay high import taxes from China???!!! First part of an order arrived at our local post office in Belgium for a value of €38,03 but we have to pay extra €35,13 for import taxes???!!! This is very misleading and has never been mentioned on the website. We have made several orders via other Chinese sites, but never had to pay such high import taxes!!! This is cheating the customers We can not agree with this kind of selling methods. Your quote: "To become the leading online fast fashion brand and empower everyone's dream" will never happen when you rip off the customers the double of the purchase price. We want to be repayed for the high import taxes.

I live in Canada. The website charges you in US dollars. Second, you need to order a size up because they are all smaller. Third, I placed an order in April and it's still not here. When contacting customer service they were useless and rude. Would definitely not order from here again and I find it quite sketchy. I'd rather pay more money to support local Canadian businesses than less money ordering from China

Just like all the other reviews I’ve read .. I ordered three bathing suits & it’s been over a month & I can’t even track my package. I can’t get ahold of any support so pretty much I’m out that money & no bathing suits. Zaful is a waste of money & a horrible app to shop. Deleting ASAP & will never ever order from here again. My first & only time.

They basically lost my order and then changed my zip code and tried to make it look like I put in the wrong zip code. And then said they can’t refund my money because I gave them the wrong zip code... Will NEVER order from them again!
