“ Zaful claims to have free returns but will not reimburse you for the shipping cost of a return. This is because they hope that it scares you to not return your items and to suck it up and keep it. They are also incredibly slow to accept returns, but expect you to ship it out within 7 days of receiving the item(s). ”
