“Worst delivery and processing time. I ordered weeks in advance for vacation and my order still did not arrive”

“Same thing happened to me that happened to everyone else in the reviews, I ordered some swim suits on the 12th of February, it’s now the 26th of February and it still says processing. Iv messaged them through their messenger and they are saying it’s “ready to be shipped.” This was supposedly a good site and after this, I’ll never order from ZAFUL again.”

“Zaful is usually very trustworthy and the clothes are good quality. Sometimes the shipment takes too long to arrive. However, the customer service is helpful and easy to work with if needed.”

“I have ordered from zaful before no problem, came fast and 100% happy although I did order in January 21st and it’s still processing, maybe this is due to the corona virus? I just hope I have them before the holidays.”

“I ordered $70 worth of things on Jan. 25, my trip is now in a week and my order still says processing. Took the money out of my account and every time i message them or call they just tell me to wait a few days and that my order is all packed and ready to be shipped. IF ITS ALL READY TO BE SHIPPED THEN SEND IT. don’t order from here if you’re not willing to wait for so long. ALSO: I ordered bathing suits, and if you look on their website they do not refund bathing suits so i can’t even refund my order for my money back.”

“Placed an order on Jan. 23rd... It is now Feb. 24 and it is still "Processing". I have called them multiple times. I have sent a ticket. I have done the 24*7 online chat. I keep getting the same thing, "Oh, just wait 6-8 days." "We're so sorry." "Shipping asap." No. I hope they arrive before its too late and then I don't have them for spring break. Very angry. >:(”

“It's been over a month since I placed my order, still haven't received it or even received confirmation that it's been shipped out. Status remains at "Processing". I've contacted them to cancel my order and issue me a refund, still haven't gotten anywhere with that. ZAFUL IS AWFUL!”

“Have not received an order a month later - the trip the clothes were ordered for came and went. Then did not refund the order when I tried to cancel it. Was told they were refunding my Paypal account. When it didn’t happen, I contacted them again. They said the order was now ready and could not be canceled. So frustrating and wasted my money.”

“I’ve ordered from Zaful twice, and both times there was an issue. When I got a refund on the first order, it went into an E-Wallet, with money you can only use on the app, hence why I ordered again. Neither orders got past the processing point. Save yourself a headache and don’t order from them.”

“I ordered on the 25th of January and almost a month later my order was STILL processing. I requested a refund using a ticket and they responded quickly and my order is now being refunded. I’m sad because I wanted the items that I ordered but I needed them for a certain event and now it’s too late.”

“TERRIBLE! I wish I read these reviews before I ordered anything! I ordered some swimsuits February 7th and my order is STILL PROCESSING! Their FAQ says it’s should not take any longer than 10 business days, today is 10 days. I’m putting a ticket in but after reading these reviews I’m now aware I’m probably going to lose $65 to these frauds! Do not order from here!”

“Passed their quoted delivery time, now it is 21 business days later and I still don’t have it. I tried to get a refund and they keep telling me to wait for my item because it is back in stock now when it actually isn’t when you look on the website. I have sent in three complaints for my refund but they keep saying to wait longer, instead of giving me my refund. It’s ridiculous.”
