“My extensions didn't come with a box like they always used to. Also hair is very dry and tangles very easily and I haven't even washed them yet. Hate to see what it's like after the first wash. Nor impressed won't purchase again”

The color of the extensions I usually order has changed and the quality of the hair itself varies greatly. I am considering finding another company to get my halos. Also the website is NOT user friendly and many times I can't seem to get past the ridiculous security system. Why do we need strict security to order hair extensions?? Unnecessary for the customer.”

“They oversold their stock on Black Friday, which caused the shipping dates to be months out. Then when I tried to cancel part of the order because I didn’t want to wait, there were issues. The site also didn’t work and all of my Zala dollars disappeared.”
