“Extremely disappointed, midnight brown 9 piece is very thin when described as “thick”. Previous orders of clip ins have been thicker, but now are very thin and looks patchy. Packaging came in a plastic bag unlike previous orders where it was in a box with Haircare tips and shampoo/conditioner/repair treatments.”

“I had a really poor experience with ordering the hair extensions, I got messages to say $15 off for the item I was looking at but when I went to apply this it wasn’t valid. I reached out to customer service multiple times and different days and by the time I heard back the colour hair extensions were sold out. I ended up ordering full price without the welcome $15 discount or free shipping advertised on the website for orders over $100 which wasn’t applied.”
