Purchased a pair of ladies shoes from the film wicked £164 for my granddaughter messages show delivered 24 Dec but have not been delivered customer service said they would call me back with in 5 days to see what has happened to them but have not had any call back 3 Jan looks like I have just lost though bad management will not use them again

Apparently it takes two weeks for them to send your order, and costumer service won't tell me why. I have never had such bad service before. If you can wait with no possibility for communication I guess it's fine. But I'm never going to order from here again.

Absolutely don’t buy anything from them! thieves! I wish I had checked the reviews sooner! very reprehensible behavior on a daily basis! the courier leaves an empty parcel or one with missing items in front of the house and notes that it has been delivered! you don't get what you paid for and they wash their hands of it! The case was reported to Obmusmen organization and to the bank as fraud! Customer service absolutely horrible! Ordered men’s shoes and cap and socks for £211 and got it only sock 🧦!!!!

Avoid!!!!!!
Thieve- will not refund you on all your returns, will claim they didn't recieve them.
Customer service rude and aggressive and will disconnect call- never a good sign from a company
Just don't shop with them, you'll cry, delivery, non delivery, returns, customer service. The whole experience will have you miserable. You work hard for your money, don't give it to Zalando, they'll bend you over!
