“Excellent variety of styles from all over Europe and beyond, the service is excellent with prompt dispatch and delivery. I was kept informed about the status of my order and package by email. When an item I want is out of stock I am kept informed by email when it comes back in which is brilliant. On the rare occasion I had to return something that didn't suit, it was so easy and was free. I shop at this site all the time now and highly recommend it!”

“Excellent sellers,very quick delivery and a comfortable "cash on delivery"option. Zalando is a very reliable company. Plus,if you pick the wrong size or you don'like the product you ordered,return is completely free and easy to do,the delivery company to which they relied come to your home and retire the things you want to get back for free and in the day and hour you choose on their site...simply great!!!”

“Very fast shipping, unfortunately the item I purchased, a coat for my son, was too small. The returns process was very easy, the courier collected the parcel from my place of work, the returns are free too which is a huge bonus. Will use this company again, very happy with zalando”
