“Very fast shipping, unfortunately the item I purchased, a coat for my son, was too small. The returns process was very easy, the courier collected the parcel from my place of work, the returns are free too which is a huge bonus. Will use this company again, very happy with zalando”

“A great selection of top brands at competitive prices. I particularly like Gabor shoes and they have a huge range in all colours and sizes - so much easier than shopping on the high street! Fast delivery and an easy to navigate website. Highly recommended.”

“Zalando is a very good company and has a fantastic online shopping experience... Every time I have purchased something, it arrived quickly and perfectly packed. Now, there has been a few hiccups along the way, but their customer communication has been excellent and the matter has been rectified right away. “Usually excellent service. However last experience they confirmed order by email, took payment from card (not pending despatch) and then I didn't hear anything for three days. When I called customer service the representative told me the order was delayed due to waiting for an item. That's fine but I would have appreciated an email to inform me within 24 hours of placing my order.”
