“Not sure which country you all are talking about in your reviews, it would be helpful to know, but Zalando in Sweden is really good. I have ordered multiple times and generally never a problem. Once during Covid I had multiple orders in one box and there was some confusion as to which payments went to which order, but the customer service resolved it quickly.”

“Zalando is a very good company and has a fantastic online shopping experience... Every time I have purchased something, it arrived quickly and perfectly packed. Now, there has been a few hiccups along the way, but their customer communication has been excellent and the matter has been rectified right away. “Usually excellent service. However last experience they confirmed order by email, took payment from card (not pending despatch) and then I didn't hear anything for three days. When I called customer service the representative told me the order was delayed due to waiting for an item. That's fine but I would have appreciated an email to inform me within 24 hours of placing my order.”
