Scam
I ordered an item from them for my ASUS VIVOBOOK. I never had a tracking number or the item , I contacted the UPS and no delivery under my name or address, I only get false promises since September 18,2023 it’s almost 3 months and they still lie and barely responding to my emails and if they did ( I understand and we apologize for the slow response rate.
Your order was sent from our warehouse 2013-11-03 so we cannot cancel this. Have you not received the package yet?)
It’s scam company DONT order anything from them.
