“ONE person on till despite 20 people queuing at least!! They have a sign up stating that their air con isnt working, despite it not working for years. One person on till, and upstairs tills near men shut is ridiculous, especially during summer hols. I walked out as it was too hot to queue.”
“Long queues again today. No apology just take the money. They’ve lost the plot in Zara MK as ever. They’ve really forgotten what they are really there for - they need to sell clothes don’t they? Get the queues down, get those tills ringing and then you can fold the clothes!!!!!”
“Not enough tills for a bust Saturday. Extra long queues, this store could do with self help tills like those on Oxford Street. Cashiers are super slow but this is the way in every UK Zara. There is no sense of speed. I usually try to help by removing my hangers to save time.”
