Shocking customer service experience. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, the item is marked as dispatched. I've been given a delivery date of between 1st and 7th of December. Still no sign of it and no reply to my emails.

I don't know if they have been taken over by new management but a couple of years ago they were the best for deliveries and customer service, now they're the worst, no way of contact, delivery never processed, wrong items sent, take money for items not in stock. Appalling.

Delivery issues. Contacted support via the only method available (Online). Absolutely poor service, no ownership of issue. As it Hoppens's they just forgot to send the item. No details when it would be received.

Numerous issues with an order that I placed from these shysters. Every updated delivery date missed and total BS from customer services.
Seriously, really not worth dealing with this company, better to use a reliable company even if you have to pay a little bit more. It'll be worth it in the long run....

Awful customer service, no phone number to contact them on (in the 21st century) and fails on promises. Paid for delivery within 2 days, got it delivered a week after this. Too late for the concert I was going to. Asked for cancellation, denied and still charged me. Not bothering getting a refund from returning as couldn’t possibly interact with this embarrassing company again. Awful, awful and awful. Please SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE

SCAMMERS! all negative reviews were true! never trust this company! Never buy!!!
issues:
-paid toll charges and never get the refund
-sent wrong items and shouldered the delivery fee!
-roaming around customer rep. for complaints but were not helpful!

Brought my sons birthday present on the 13th of Feb, it's now the 18th of Feb (his birthday) still no item. Their website says delivery is 2-3 days. On the tracking said it was due on the 16th. I have contacted customer service and they have responded I have to wait 14 days until they can do anything. Stay away. The negative reviews on here reflect their service.
