“ Shocking customer service experience. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, the item is marked as dispatched. I've been given a delivery date of between 1st and 7th of December. Still no sign of it and no reply to my emails. ”

I have contacted customer service and they have responded I have to wait 14 days until they can do anything. Stay away. The negative reviews on here reflect their service. ”
