Negative thing is I don't agree with is they give you a returns label which isn't what it is, you have to pay to have it returned, so why a returns label? And they don't want to reimburse you.

Their returns policy appears to be deliberatly difficult or misleading. You get an email with a returns note that clearly says use this as your returns label. Buried deep in a further email is a link to a further label production step, using Royal Mail. It almost feels deliberate.

But if they have out of stock items they will send you the wrong, but similar product, to secure your money and then demand you fill out their ridiculous returns forms (which they send incomplete and missing everything you need) if you have the cheek to point out their errors.
