Their service is shocking and had to wait an average of 9 days before my order was dispatched. This occurred 3 times in a row. You can’t call them. You can only contact them via sending a message. Takes 2 whole entire days for them to get back to you and even then, you don’t get the helper needed. I seriously recommend NOT to place any orders with Zavvi.

I don't know if they have been taken over by new management but a couple of years ago they were the best for deliveries and customer service, now they're the worst, no way of contact, delivery never processed, wrong items sent, take money for items not in stock. Appalling.

Doesn't deliver the orders and then tries everything to not refund them. Costumer service will tell you the look into it and then nothing happens. You can contact them five times and they will never know what your issue was and never investigate further. Literal scam!

An unreliable merchant, totally disappointed service experience
My purchased order was placed and I paid total £261 on 26 January 2023 but it was cancelled by Zavvi without given any reason and explanation on 28 January 2023 but Zavvi didn’t refund any quid to me up to 3 February 2023.

I ordered an in-stock product in November 2023 as a Christmas present, with plenty of time for it to be delivered regardless of the UK postal strikes. It has now been three weeks since I placed my order and it has yet to be dispatched. Their customer service team really couldn't care less. They all provide the same scripted response without being of any help. I may as well speak to a brick wall.

Delivery issues. Contacted support via the only method available (Online). Absolutely poor service, no ownership of issue. As it Hoppens's they just forgot to send the item. No details when it would be received.
