Ordered True Romance 4k in June. Got a email three weeks later saying it won’t come till Aug then got a email last week saying it’s no longer available.

How about you find people's packages and send them out on time, i pre-ordered the true romance deluxe edition steelbook on 04/30/21 the moment it went live and it was released 07/19/21, here it is 3 weeks later and still have not received a shipping email or change in status from order recieved

This is the first and the last time I will using Zavvi , horrible experience, the new Luigi Lego set was announced in April for pre order 1st Aug my son had just had his birthday so used his money to pay for the pre order , he has a calender in his bedroom and has been counting down for this set for months , 1st Aug comes and my son is sitting at the window waiting, so I message Zavvi and tell them I have no dispatch notice then come back on the live chat and say this will be sent in 48hrs I tell my son and he's disappointed but being very grown up about it , 48hrs pass no dispatch notice I then message over the next few days getting fobbed off with a problem at the warehouse so I cancel the order and do what I should have done in the first place and buy it from a shop, wasted my time and my sons time , dealt with appalling so I will never use this awful company again your customer service is worst and you think this is OK.

I made my purchase July 5, 2021. Zavvi ship my order July 23, 2021 (sure only $4.99 shipping, but...) today is... Aug 7, 2021 and my Item still has not arrived. It's being shipped via FedEx.

Wrong item delivered, it was a cheap knock off item and my son was very disappointed. Customer service kept fobbing me off, did not actually listen to what was being said have had enough of the experience so am giving up now completely. AVOID this company altogether.

Ordered Darth Vader helmet for a birthday gift on 3/7,it is now 9/7 and still no idea when parcel is to be delivered? Been showing at depot all week when tracked on website Customer service not much help and birthday was today so no longer want the order I am now trying to cancel order ,will update soon …Can’t cancel order as now I’m told it’s in the delivery process?….the parcel has not left their depot yet ,been sat there for 6 days…CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL

My son is a massive collector and has been left broken hearted again by this company not the first time you have done this I paid in full for pre order in January 2021 6 months later after me sending emails asking about my order and getting told different excuses now they are saying they can no longer get my item after making us wait 6 months this is disgusting service i will never use this company again you have lost a very valuable customer

Order a item that was in stock,still hadn't received after a month of email to them.just get its being processed.what a joke of a company surprised they are still going won't be using again.should be minus 5 stars.

Absolute scam. Was advised payment not received, so paid again, only for a further payment to come out my account. 3 payments 2 items, proof all sent to them only to be advised "the finance team have noted no additional payments made". Scam artists, stay clear, administration x3 on the horizon by the loos of things.

Rip off! zavii order number 258311526 Been jerked around for weeks now, missing items will not be delivered, customer service is not doing anything to fulfill the order. never ever will i place another order. Stay away from this seller.

It took 4 months to get a refund. Had to send proof of returned item many times so very time consuming. Really poor business practices

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Iv been waiting since last year for a refund for items that never arrived! Iv given this 1 star as it’s the only way I could leave a review! I have contacted Zavvi many times and they promised my refund was on its way but it has never materialised! Don’t be fooled by them and don’t let them steal your hard earned money! I’m a single parent and can’t afford to lose money!

I wish I could leave 0 stars & update so called assisted ?! I wish I could leave 0 stars Poor customer services 3 orders not received emailed & Facebook messaged constantly got back to me today saying no refund as after being told to wait as delays to covid now being told I waited too long !!! Out of pocket £178/£156/£78 because I payed via Laybuy/open pay & Clearpay!!!! Do not trust there pre orders as this what I did an haven’t received with covid thought there could have been delays but they have said no refund !!!!! Disgusting I will not shop with zavvi or any of the hut group ever again !!!! Spent the past 9 days with zavvi customer services over refund of orders not received !! They ask me do I want a refund & then refuse refund & then close my account so I can’t continue my complaint !!! This company is the worst over £300 out of pocket an because I used kalarna/Clearpay I can’t reverse the charge so BUYER BEWARE !!

The worst customer service ever. No wonder they do not a phone number or chat. I order two sweatshirts back in November of 2020. An XL and XXL and the fits and quality were great. March 26, 2021 I ordered XL and XXL. It took over 3 weeks to receive the parcel. The fits were M and XL. The waistband in the XL (medium) was overstretched as if someone larger than myself attempted to wear it. Now I have to pay to ship overseas and after reading all the consumer complaints I do not expect to ever see a refund for the product or the cost of shipping.

Hello, I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about because I have nothing but good things to say about Zavvi. I ordered a Cable Guys Banjo-Kazooie controller holder at an amazing price. It shipped on the 13th and arrived on the 16th of April 2021. I will be shopping with them more for sure.

They always have nice stuff for cheaper price. My boyfriend has ordered some decorations and clothes from them, I ordered a hoodie to his order. His stuff came before the hoodie was even shipped, although they were ordered together. I had to wait a month for the hoodie to be shipped. When it finally arrived it smelled worst than the cheap stuff you get at aliexpress. I made sure to wash it following the instructions, which led to me discovering that they have send the wrong size. Then the hoodie coloured all my clothes and the stamp went off. Also my boyfriend has ordered something else and it never came. They were not very keen on responding him and it took also around a month for him to get his money back.

Horrible and worst company to deal with. Bulk bought incredibles t shirts for a work dress up event a month in advance and realising that the order was still processing a week before we need Ed the tshirts, I tried to cancel my order and they flat out refused. After harassing them for a whole week to cancel the order, the staff at Zavvi began to abuse me by accusing me that I was in the wrong and that they can’t do anything to help me cancel my order EVEN WHEN THE ORDER HASNT BEEN BAGGED AND LEFT THE WAREHOUSE YET. The only way I got my refund back was by making a claim through my bank. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Customer service has been abysmal, took 4 months to get a reply and then the reply came through another email which surprise surprise you can’t reply to as it goes to a donotreply mailbox. Don’t trust their delivery times that they confirm before you order because apparently that can be 7 days out and still you’re expected to accept it. AVOID.

I ordered a bag and a controller holder, however only received 1 of these items. When trying to contact anyone from Zavvi I either get a automated email saying I'll get a dispatch email when its dispatched which doesn't help me at all, or get no response on the live chat! Guess that's my money gone down the drain as I dont think I'll be able to get in contact with anyone at all about my missing item...
