“Zenmarket is a great place to buy stuff from Japan. The fees are low and they do have promotions from time to time for various shops where you don't have to pay fees. One thing about Zenmarket I like is that they finally added Mercari to their list of shops they can acquire merchandise from. I love to collect anime related merchandise but much of it always seems to be listed on Mercari and Zenmarket only just recently added it, so I'm happy they finally did that. International shipping fees can vary depending on the shipping method used. I tend to use the least expensive one even if it takes longer to get to me.”
“Compared to other proxy services, their prices are fair and sometimes even better. There's no additional fee to consolidate your orders, which is great! I usually choose the cheapest available shipping which is surface and my package usually arrives earlier than expected. Customer service is usually great, but there are times when it can be frustrating as it really depends on who you're talking to. At times, customer service doesn't really answer my questions and at other times they do. It all depends on who you're talking to, I guess.”
