“I love Zenmed products that are formulated with natural ingredients; however, I am disappointed that the packaging for shipping is not environmentally friendly. I would appreciate it if Zenmed would discontinue use of styrofoam peanuts.”

Hi! We thank you so much for your feedback! I just wanted to let you know that those peanuts are 100% non-Gmo biodegradable packing peanuts They are made from natural, nontoxic sources, such as wheat and corn starch. They dissolve in water and can be thrown into compost piles after a single-use. In addition, biodegradable foam peanuts do not have an electrostatic charge, meaning they will not stick to clothing or pets. I hope that helps!

“The products themselves are AMAZING. The bottle for the support serum is TERRIBLE. I use the scissors every time to cut the bottle in half and get out the remainder of the cream because the straw that connects to the dispenser falls EVERY time and you CANNOT get it out once this happens! I’ve purchased this product since 2015. How can you NOT see this design failure?”

“im trying to return the cleanser it broke me out and i emailed them to get set up for a return 3 days ago and they never responded back to me but they did this before about 5 years ago and now fast forward to now i orderd something else and im going through the same thing hard to return”
