“I started with a face full of rosacea/rosacea acne. Since using the gentle cleanser, nutrient boost spray, support serum, oil free moisturizer (daytime) and Omegaceramide recovery moisturizer (evenings), my skin is so much better! Mostly no acne and the redness isn’t as bad. I actually look decent in makeup now. The rest of my redness will remain unless I get laser treatments, but as long as I can continue this regimen, I should be fine!”

“Within 24 hours of starting this product for Rosacea treatment, my face no longer burned, itched or felt tight. Skin felt so soft and flexible. After a week, all redness was gone, but especially, there are no longer "pimples". It's amazing, and I am a convert! I no longer have to worry about "what on earth am I going to do about my skin"! “There would only be one possible improvement that I could see & this is regarding delivery times. I live in the UK, when I ordered there was no information on delivery times, when I was given my tracking number it was for the USPS, this was fine until the parcel arrived at HEATHROW AIRPORT. After this point I was unable to track the parcel & wasn't informed that the parcel would take up to 7 days th clear customs before travelling on to final destination. After numerous emails from myself I was finally informed of this process but wasn't informed in advance. Once the parcel departed HEATHROW AIRPORT I was not able to track the parcel through ROYAL MAIL as there was no tracking ID forwarded to myself from neither ZEMNED, USPS OR ROYAL MAIL, subsequently I was not at home to receive the delivery & had to take a day off work the next day so I could accept the delivery. In future if this could be rectified it would make a big difference to continued orders with ZENMED. My wife is very happy with the actual products & it would be a shame if we were to look else were for similar products due this issue.”

“The Gentle Cleansing Cream keeps my type 2, inflammatory rosacea under control when nothing else would. The 6oz tube lasts about 5 mos (daily use)... a little goes a long way! Does a great job of removing makeup and is very gentle and soothing. Plus it's cruelty free! Won't use anything else!”
