“I recently purchased the 4 product package for Rosecea. I have only been using it for a week or so. It probably is too soon to be reviewing it. My skin has become more sensitive over the last few years. This winter has been particularly bad with frequent flushing. I have noticed some itching an hour or so after I use the products and it makes my skin feel a little sticky. Perhaps, I need to use less. It may be the AVT cream that causes the itching. The support cream does seem to calm the redness but it comes back. I will update my review after I have used this for a longer period of time.”

“ZENMED SUPPORT SERUM. I have used this product for several years now. When I first used it I would have given it 5 STARS. At some time the packaging changed and the product fit not work as well. The ingredients must have changed although the company says contents didn’t change. The ZENMED Support Serum I just ordered is in a new package and does not seem to be as effective for my rosecea. I wish it was.”

“Shipping and customer service were great; however, the products did not do well on my skin. I have seasonal redness and I used different parts of Linda's recipe for redness prone skin for 2 weeks. The only product that didn't turn my entire face beet red was the support serum so I will be returning all of the products.”

“There would only be one possible improvement that I could see & this is regarding delivery times. I live in the UK, when I ordered there was no information on delivery times, when I was given my tracking number it was for the USPS, this was fine until the parcel arrived at HEATHROW AIRPORT. After this point I was unable to track the parcel & wasn't informed that the parcel would take up to 7 days th clear customs before travelling on to final destination. After numerous emails from myself I was finally informed of this process but wasn't informed in advance. Once the parcel departed HEATHROW AIRPORT I was not able to track the parcel through ROYAL MAIL as there was no tracking ID forwarded to myself from neither ZEMNED, USPS OR ROYAL MAIL, subsequently I was not at home to receive the delivery & had to take a day off work the next day so I could accept the delivery. In future if this could be rectified it would make a big difference to continued orders with ZENMED. My wife is very happy with the actual products & it would be a shame if we were to look else were for similar products due this issue.”

“I love the day lotion - I’ve been using it for almost 20 years- but I’m annoyed that the size of the container keeps getting smaller at the same time the price goes up. I have three different sizes right now - a 3 oz, a 2.5 oz and now this newer 2 oz. It’s not well advertised that the newer ones are smaller - it seems disingenuous. I may need to look at other options as this is getting quite pricey for a daily use product.”

“I disliked the products a lot, but so far customer service had been good to get a return going. The cleanser literally didn't remove ANY makeup. I washed my face, looked in the mirror and instantly could see a full face of mightily applied foundation and eye makeup. Nothing else I tried calmed redness, so I returned it all.”

“I have sensitive skin with adult breakouts, rosacea, etc. Your product actually makes my skin look more red if possible. I used it for a month with no results. I set your product aside and tried Pharmagel for a month with good results and then went back to Zenmed today and my face actually looks broken out. I am not pleased with the results from your products and I invested $145 on a full starter kit. Your products might work for some people, but I'm not one of them.”
