“I was unhappy with the printer I received. It arrived with a huge dent in the corner, the printer seemed undamaged but printed very slow. I sent it back as a return and never received my money in exchange.”

“I thought I was ordering 3 sets of 4 bottles of Fontana syrup. The picture was misleading. I sent an email the day I received the order to ask if this was correct or if more would be coming.\nI never received a reply. Very unhappy with this. These were for gifts and 3 bottles doesn't do me any good. You need to change the listing on your website.\nAnd replying to emails would be a good idea too. My first time to order from this company and my last.\n”

“Out of 5 stars on reviews this fishing pole is junk.First of pole one givin to 6 year old reeled in and top broke off. Second pole I was fishing with catched rock bass tip of pole broke off. Third and last pole northern pike hit and pole snapped in half. *** dollars lost one weekend not happy. I was looking forward to having retracted reel setup but now disappointed. If possible like full refund.”

“Very, very pleased and will recommend to others. I've ordered the same items from other sources but after discovering Zerbee - no more! I ordered hard to find file blocks that were over priced when you did find them and long order times. The pricing and notifications were great. The order time was also about half the time from other sellers.”
