“I have been trying to return a paper shredder that does not perform as advertised. When I receive a reply from this comany regarding my return request its rude and gives me no guidance as to hiw to proceed wuth my return. My last reply said we are obviously not open on weekends we get back to you. That was 5 days ago.”

“I started ordering the cutlery in June, 2017. Prices have increased every month. Forks have gone from $***/box to $***. Knives were $*** and now are $***. Spoons were $*** and are now $***. I will have to shop around for better, consistent pricing. Thank you.”

“product in boxes was not good the plastic pencil sharpeners must have been under some bigger boxes because 3 out of the pack were broke. there wasn't any packing in the big box so the ink pens and dry erase markers were busted open and scattered all in the bottom of the box.”

“price was excellent on the product I bought\nplaced the order and email was wrong,but instead of picking up the phone and placing a call to me they cancel the order and when I never get a conformation from them I call and they make me pay cash thru paypal and delay my order by 21 days ,all because of the wrong email.and this all could have been avoided with a phone call......I will buy products from this site but will pay cash to avoid dealing with customer service. When I called customer service they were very rude and made me feel like they was doing them a favor by selling me there product”

“Pleased with quick shipping. However my order was rejected twice because they claimed I had the wrong billing address and I just got annoyed and forgot about the order and was going elsewhere. Then I was contacted by e-mail stating my order had gone through. Someone or something is screwed up with your on-line order taking.”
