“Please check packing jobs. One of my boxes of 100 book rings had opened during shipping and where all over the box and stuck to the tape of the outside flaps. Part of type box was crushed, which is not your fault, but I could have easily lost some of my ring where the box was crushed. I had to count all the rings to make sure they were all there. I have pictures if you want them.”

“Hello,\n\nZerbee customer service has been great. We have ordered a few desks, filing cabinets and a credenza.\nThere was some damage to the credenza and filing cabinet, but the response time and re-shipment has been taken care of. I would use Zerbee again for future purchases. \nThe only thing that is an issue for me is lead time. We work in interior design in New York City so fast turnaround and quality are key.\n\nThank You”

“Prices good, but Zerbee broke up a relatively small order into FOUR separate shipments including one by a method we did not specify. That will make us think twice about ordering in the future.”

“My products were not shipped as I originally requested. I ordered 3 of each item but only 2 of each were delivered. When I called customer service, both the representative and her supervisor told me the problem was at my end not theirs. If I wanted the third items I would have to reorder and pay the full shipping cost.\n\nI am not satisfied with the order procedure. I would never purchase from Zerbee again. I would never recommend Zerbee to others.”
