“Needed a new computer chair - decided on the HON 2.0 Ignition with lumbar support. Zerbee offered best price I could find and included free shipping. Zerbee had helpful order support over the phone and easy online ordering. I received order sooner than I expected (less than a week) and no damage. Chair was easy to assemble (I did refer to video on HON website - first step in included instructions was a little confusing). Chair is comfortable and just what I needed for those long hours working at the computer. 5 stars to both Zerbee and HON.”

“I order 72 bottles of Lysol. Your price and shipping is fast I gave you three star for this but I must say some of your batch was expire. You should know which batch is expire before send out to customers. Many of people don?ÇÖt know Lysol do expire but we know base on OEM?ÇÖs batch and FAB date.”

“I called to ask if they had a product & I was told yes. Ordered 2 of that same item and I got 2 wrong items. Now I have to get it sent back! Make sure I get my refund.”

“Product arrived as expected. Where the problem arises is you upcharge (substantially) for indoor delivery and the delivery company is totally unaware of the indoor delivery charge and states they get paid the same whether they leave the item outside the door or attempt to bring it indoors. They had no equipment to bring the item indoors. Had I known this, I would not have paid the extra for indoor delivery. Tricky on your part and will keep our firm from ordering from you in the future.”

“I ordered the White Poly Folders w/out prongs. I couldn't find white ones anywhere. The folders were delivered as expected and were exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely order from this site again !!”

“Your website is easy to navigate so ordering is quick and simple. I did have a question for customer service, which was answered quickly by a friendly and helpful representative.
