“Order sent in two shipments. First came promptly, second came from manufacturer. No word on arrival about this one. After a few weeks I reached out to customer service. Never heard back but item came shortly after contacting customer service. Would be nice to be able to track shipment or get a courteous update.”

“Attached are pictures of the packaging the order came in. I was surprised it made it to my house without falling out of the box! I was also surprised to find that everything I ordered was there, because the packaging was so subpar. \n\n After contacting ***, I got an apology and they blamed UPS. I could see it for one of the packages, but not for the second one. The second one was obviously put together that way from the start. Everything in my order arrived unscathed, but I would be leery to order from this company again. \n”

“The only thing that you could be better at is including packing lists with all shipments. I would say on average 4 out of 10 shipments aren't coming with packing lists. \n\nPrices are always less than the competitors.\nDeliver times are acceptable\nWebsite is easy to use for researching items and placing orders.”
