“I was a little worried because I had never heard of Zerbee before, but it came up in my search online. I looked them up with the BBB and they had a great rating, so I decided to try them. Wow! I couldn't believe how fast the order came. I ordered online in the afternoon one day, and I had it on my door step by mid-day the next day, and I specified regular shipping!! The order was correct and the product was great. I will use Zerbee again for sure.”

“Actually, I would give a rating of 4 ??. The website was easy to use except for the recurring popup at the bottom. Every new screen brought that up and I had to click on it to get it out of the way. IT IS A REAL PAIN; VERY IRRITATING. Also irritating is the drop-down boxes at top. They drop down by just running mouse over. It would be no effort to click on whatever category I might be interested in. At times I can?ÇÖt even see the screen I am trying to work on due to the pop-ups at the bottom and the top.\n\nHowever, I have to give you an A+ for how quickly the orders are processed and shipped. Also, notification of shipment with tracking number is greatly appreciated. Prices are very good. Only found a very few items for less elsewhere. \n”

“I was amazed that I received our order the next day. There was one item missing so I called Customer Service and we received the missing item the next day. The CS rep was very helpful. This was our first order with your company and I was very impressed with the excellent service.”
