“I got an order confirmation, but my package didn't show up. After 13 days I called and I liked how someone picked up the phone immediately and was very helpful, both times I called. Turns out my package got delivered to the wrong place and I wasn't alerted. I talked to someone who said they would take care of it and they did, the product arrived in the mail, but I didn't get an email or call saying it was on its way, which would have been nice.”
