“We got most of our order within 2 days of our order, the rest within a week. We were ordering Dobies and it would be nice to know if there is a "case size" that would make both shipping and receiving easier (how many 3 packs come in a standard box?)”

“Site was very easy to use. Prices beat any others I found. Product showed up very quickly. One part was broken on arrival. I called 800 number and operator ordered and sent out replacement with no hesitation. I had never known of this company before but will check them on other items before I order”

“I would have given them 5 stars, but I feel their distributors should provide them with higher quality images of the products they are selling. To no fault of theirs really, I ordered the wrong thing, the good part was I was easily able to find the return request button, got a response in 24 hours and they not only got everything to me right away, they suggested which products I was looking for based off our conversation and what my budget was. I am very impressed with the customer service, the company just needs to update their product images...”

“We've been using Zerbee for over a year, and I have not yet been disappointed with Zerbee. The site is so easy to use, but if I have ever had to ask a question, the emailed customer service has always responded the same day and made any adjustments needed. I am so happy with what we have going, in fact, that when *** customer service called to find out why we had been inactive for so long, I flat out told them, "I am afraid you have been Zerbee'd”
