“Fast shipping and great prices! So happy to have found Zerbee. Would appreciate a little better pricing on bulk quantities, but prices still beat Staples or Office Depot. I ordered an eraser refill which came in HUGE padded envelope. Although I appreciate the thought to keep my item protected, I thought it was a bit wasteful, but that's just me being overly environmentally conscious. Keep up the great job!”

“I ended up ordering the wrong size of what I needed, so had to return it, but I was pleased with the contact I did have with the company.\n\nThe items were not damaged, but the cut cardboard used to wrap the file frames was pretty much destroyed in transit. Many edges torn open and cardboard was also torn.”

“I am hoping to make Zerbee our usual office supply provider, as a replacement to ***. Zerbee offers better pricing, fast and polite customer service, and generally the same product offering. My first order with them got me the same products for dollars less, however, my only complaint was that the packaging was different than the picture and the item packaging was open. My second order seems satisfactory, but there are some slight variations from the products I purchase at Staples. I will be careful in the future to check each order and make sure I'm getting what I expect to.”
