“I have been pleased with every aspect of my buying experiences with Zerbee. As the individual responsible for purchasing office product for a small food distributor, I do price comparison with larger and smaller companies. “I found this website by chance because I hate school shopping with all the crazy people out there these days. I ha e a large brood and it can cause major anxiety a d unrest just picking out notebooks. What I loved most about Zerbee is you could by the small items like Crayola colored pencils and you can't do that at the other office supply stores I checked out. Some of your prices were a little more than the big box stores, but with other items way less and the ability to buy in bulk, outweighed the few pennies extra on some items. I think it's an awesome website, will definitely be back and have passed it on to many friends and family. \n\nThanks”

“I am very happy with Zerbee. I DO check pricing constantly. And when there is something available at a lower price for the exact same item, I will ask for the same price to be honored at Zerbee. I have never been refused. The Customer Service people have changed my shopping cart, and emailed me to say they had done so. Can't get much better than that...the product I want at the price I want to pat and communication, too! Also, the site is user-friendly and easy .”

“Items arrived very quickly but in 4 separate shipping containers. This is not very efficient and likely caused your company to expend additional shipping and handling charges which can't be good for your profit margin.”

“The turn around time for shipping is good. The product selection is good. However, this time one of the cartons of reams of paper was completely ripped, and the other one was taped together.....\nNot sure if it is on Zerbee's end, or UPS's end. The product seems fine though thus far!”
