“Ordered markers.... gave to teacher to use, Markers were dried out so she threw them out as she tried them and they did not work. Got this survey to do... it says right on the survey, if you had problems, contact Zerbee BEFORE you fill this out.... so I did.\nWas told by ***, Customer Service, that she needed product to help with problem and since we threw them away they couldn't help..... I told her I didn't know the procedure and it was my teacher that actually threw them away...... No more response from ***.... :(”

“I love ordering from Zerbee! The only thing I might suggest is to improve the quality of the cardboard boxes. They seem to come smashed\ dented\ damaged in some way most of the time because they are thin. It could also be the shipping company.”

“Your shipping date was not met. When I ordered the product it said within 14 days. it took almost 6 weeks. \nWhen I called to get an update the lady I spoke with was short with me. It was everything she could do to get off the phone. She did find out where my order was a called me back. The tone she had was not pleasant”

“We are very satisfied with Zeree Business Products. The only thing I would ask is if you could package the W-2 forms (including W-3 Transmittal form) and the 1099-MISC forms in a smaller quantity. We are a small business with less than 10 employees and do not need to purchase the extra forms that just get thrown out.”

“Product shipped fast! 1 gallon needed more packing material and a seal on top to make it secure. 2 oz or so spilled out during shipment. Wasn't a dealbreaker.”

“Shipping Paper wrapped in paper (not plastic or boxed in) really needs an improvement. the first time we received the paper it was all tossed around in the bigger box, torn up, folded, creased etc. This really didn't look very well for business use. \n\nWe received a second shipment because of the extent of the damage and the second shipment arrived with paper wrapping all torn on the edges and corner. About the first 4 layers of paper had bent corners. \n\nThe paper with the thickest wrapping survived the best.\n\nA box of different colored File folders arrived tossed all over the bottom of another box. The base box had opened up completely in the gruesome shipping process (I would assume). I would suggest adding tape to the edge or corners of the individual boxes. \n\nI would also suggest shipping the paper in a smaller box like the boxes 3inch binders are shipped in so it doesn't have as much room to move around while it is in delivery process. \n\nOther than this, the rest of the office supply equipment was strong enough to withstand the tossing and turns of shipping.\n\nWould still do business since they did try to fix the issue. And the people with Zerbee has excellent attitudes when it comes to customer requests! \n\n”
