“This is not the 'usual' review....I can't tell you anything to improve on!\n\nI have used Zerbee for years, having brought it to my last two employers. On the rare occasions when there was something damaged in transit, you made it right as quickly as you were notified of it. The time I mis-ordered, you sent me an RMA and sent the correct item the day I advised you of my own error. When I messed up and didn't change a Ship To address, your team went into the submitted order and made the correction for me. You have consistently matched competitor prices if I questioned anything. You have consistently delivered the right product at the right price the next day or the day after. \n\nYou have earned our business for years, and I appreciate being able to count on Zerbee to keep us going! We are not always on top of ordering supplies on a regular schedule, but you have given the the ability to not 'run out' of anything with your quick response time. THANK YOU!”

“The ordering and the receiving of my order was very quick, although the item came in wrong (this was not Zerbee's fault, manufacturer supplied wrong photo and info for their catalog) their Customer Service "Sarah" was phenomenal. (Thank you ***). she followed through on every detail and made the return process which can be a frustrating experience...pleasant. I would order from them again and will, if I find the need for any products they sell.”

“Very Pleased with Zerbee. We recently switched suppliers because our vender retired. Had a great working relationship with our previous, so not enthusiastic about the change. Imagine my pleasure to discover better pricing, faster delivery, free shipping at a lower index, and same great quality of product and packing/shipping. We'll be purchasing again!”

“Generally our order comes the next day, which is great, but often, some items take 3 to 4 days. It would be nice if when ordering, we were notified that an items delivery would be delayed. We would like the opportunity of not ordering that item, if it is going to take longer.”

“I see that they are comparable to what I have been purchasing. I order all supplies for our organization and we're a nonprofit so I look for the best options available.\nYour product came quickly......Great!\nYour product was a few cents more expensive.....Not so great.\nInterestingly, we were charged tax but the other supplier does not.....I'm just curious about that.”
