“The shipment was incredibly fast! I was stunned that they got here within 24 hours! How did you do that?\n\nIt was exactly what I needed and I am so happy to see office supplies at a reasonable fee. It makes doing business, well...DOABLE. I will order from you from now on.”

“I have never been disappointed with Zerbee. It started out almost a year ago, because I was simply price shopping. I have stayed because of the prices, sure, but also because of the customer service. I have twice asked for price matching, which was granted immediately, and did not hold my orders up at all. I have only had to return something once, and that was because I had clicked on the wrong color toner, but it was taken back without question. Orders arrive FAST.... The website works well, and the people are great. Can't do better than that!”

“The sales representative I worked with at Zerbee went above and beyond what I would have expected, and what any other company was willing to do, to help my company find the right product at a FANTASTIC price and get the order filled as quickly as possible. I never had to track him down, he always responded promptly to emails and even called multiple times to follow up on the necessary steps for completing our order. We didn't buy from them just because they had what we needed--Zerbee EARNED our business with their employees' attention to detail and dedication to excellent customer service.”

“Online site was easy to maneuver and order. Shipment was made promptly and accurately.\n\nOnly "wish" is that we could have selected the color of the item ordered (binders) rather than assorted. It appears that the binders were individually pulled so pulling specific colors (only when requested) would be helpful. Oh well...life goes on. :-)\n\nThank you.”

“When placing the order, I could not connect to ***(seems to be working now). Had to pay with ***. \n\nI did get immediate email confirmation that the order was accepted. Called customer service, they did not know status. Finally got email confirmation the NEXT day!!!.\n\nProduct was as expected.\n\nWould recommend Zerbee.”

“Overall I had a great experience ordering from Zerbee. There was a slight hiccup with the shipping but I got that sorted out really fast so it wasn't really a problem. The prices are great and the quality of the products are really good. Plus the shipping is very fast. I will definitely order again.”

“The product came in a reasonable time, packaged well. Only issue, the description didn't say 3 pack, just said pk. I was worried that it would have been something I didn't expect. But still meets my satisfaction.\nI did receive one of the hangers broken. It had a nice crack all around it, didn't notice it till I already hung it up. Still sturdy and holds well.”
