“Product is OK Customer Service not so much. I was having a problem getting my delivery, UPS status said label was created since December 4th, as of December 13th still hadn't received anything. Sent email got snide comment on how I am should be tracing my package I was tracing it ! Finally did receive it on Friday, December 14th they had to send out another package, Customer Service was not much help in resolving the issue\n”
