“The customer service person was fine although I had to call twice before anyone contacted me. Also I was never updated as to when the item was shipped, when it was to b delivered or a tracking number. It's fine to take my money but the rest was poor.”

“Very fast service. While I appreciated the free delivery (and thankfully, it was), I was concerned the shipment came in two boxes PLUS 15 or 16 individual boxes of labels! Unless the company has some great deal with UPS, this is extremely expensive for the company. I noticed the order was shipped from two warehouses, but still, there is no need to ship the packages individually and pay shipping charges on a per piece basis instead of one larger box. Also, one of the individual boxes arrived a day later. That wasn't a problem, but it shows the inefficiency.”

“I have no suggestions for improvements in your order procedure. I fact I would not hesitate to order from Zerbee in the future. It was only two days from placing my order that it arrived. Definitely a TWO thumbs experience!m”
