“Our first experience with Zerbee was excellent. Sales rep was helpful, courteous, and gave us a good price on a bulk order. Delivery was prompt, and we were extremely satisfied with the products. Less than a week later, I placed my second order with Zerbee. No need yet for customer support, so cannot rate that aspect. I will definitely recommend Zerbee to others.”

“I ordered ten packs of tagboard. Few days later ONE big box arrives with ONE package of tagboard. Warehouse staff was upset since they were expecting the TEN we ordered. I about called my credit card company but called you first and, after asking many questions, learned my order was being shipped from various sources. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL E THAT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER? What a waste of our time! I even called the 'supervisor', left a message and my number, no return call. You guys suck at doing business and score less than zero for customer 'service". I own two businesses and have never treated a buyer like this.”
